I│F Creative Studio provides professional creative and consultation services. Due to the nature of these services, all consultation fees and payments are non refundable once payment has been completed.
Creative Consultations
Payment of the consultation fee secures your consultation request. Following payment, I│F Creative Studio will contact you within two business days to arrange a suitable date and time.
Consultations are scheduled for a fixed 60 minute session. Late arrival does not extend the scheduled session time.
If you are unable to attend your confirmed appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and approval by I│F Creative Studio.
Failure to attend a confirmed consultation without prior notice will result in the consultation being considered completed, and the fee will not be refunded or transferred.
Creative Services
Payments relating to creative projects, design services, retainers, deposits or other commissioned work are governed by the terms agreed for the relevant project or service. Refund eligibility, if any, will be determined in accordance with those agreed terms.
